Returns and Refunds


Products purchased from can be returned:

  1. in the ALMAZ stores in Romania, personally delivering the product.

  2. by filling in the Form displayed on the website in section Contact or any unequivocal statement of the decision to withdraw from the contract, the receipt of which will be confirmed (paper or e-mail)

The product may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, point (47) preamble, in order to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer should handle them and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do so in a store. You can withdraw from the on-line sales contract without having to justify the decision and without incurring any other costs (except the return cost).

However, we must inform you that you are fully responsible for any reduction in the value of the products, if a devaluation of the product conformity, properties and functionality has been caused by your inappropriately handling of the products.

If you want to return a product, you should know that it's very simple. However, you need to consider the 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package for the returned products to reach ALMAZ and the fact that the products must meet a few conditions:

  1. The products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered, without traces of wear, damage and unused (probate but unworn), with all accessories and labels attached: i.e. ALMAZ seal, cardboard label, label of brand, composition label, etc. and the original packaging included.

  2. All accessories must be returned with the original boxes and dust bags (if any), and placed inside an outer protective box for transport.

  3. If a product has an ALMAZ security tag or a trademark attached, it must be returned with the label in its original position.

  4. You can fill out the withdrawal form received in the delivery package to insert it into the return package or fill it online.

Please be careful when trying on the purchases and return them under the same conditions as you have received them. No returns will be accepted that do not respect our policy.

We recommend that you schedule the shipment of the return package in the short term after receiving the order so that the package reaches ALMAZ within the legal deadline of 14 days.

For deliveries outside Romania please be careful that when opening the package, you do not damage/discard the Return Label from the box. The return label must be used as instructed below in case of return.


How to return products to ALMAZ (products delivered in Romania)

Prepare the package with the return documents included in your order. Here's how:

  1. Place the products for return with all the original packaging in the ALMAZ box.

  2. Prepare the package and ship it with any courier company of your choice. The cost of the return transport must be paid by you, upon dispatch of the package.

  3. The cost of return transport is borne in full by you. If the cost of the return package is not paid (e.g. shipment under condition of payment to the recipient) the package will not be accepted, and the amount of the product/products will not be refunded to the customer.

How to return products to ALMAZ (products delivered outside Romania's borders)

Prepare the package with the return documents included in your order. Here's how:

  1. Place the products for return, with all the original packaging, in the ALMAZ box and close the transport box.

  2. Attach/stick the Return Label (UPS Courier AWB form) on the transport box to ALMAZ.

  3. Call the local courier of the local UPS center which delivered the product to pick up the return package.

  4. Keep a copy of the Return Label because you can check the delivery status of your package, using the tracking number provided.

  5. The cost of the return transport is borne in full by you, but you do not have to pay the UPS courier for the return. The cost of return transport will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.



If you want the same product but you want only to change the size, you need to know that you need to return for the received product and make a new order. The money collected for the returned product will be refunded according to the rules below.



  1. Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (body wear items e.g. panties or swimwear).

  2. Custom products made on order



ALMAZ will evaluate the condition of the product, including its components and accessories, and will issue the reversing invoice with the amount resulting from the valuation.

ALMAZ reimburses the customer the price of the returned product including the initial costs of the shipment (if incurred by the customer) within 14 days of the date on which ALMAZ received the returned product and will use the same payment methods as you used for the initial transaction, unless you request another payment method. Transfer fees (if any) shall incumbent to the client. 

For the return of products delivered internationally through UPS, the cost of the return is borne by the customer and is deducted from the amount refunded.


Once the products you're retuned are accepted by ALMAZ, your refund will be completed under the initial payment method.

ALMAZ wants the products sold to be faultless and to correspond to your order. ALMAZ shall guarantee for the products sold.

If the product shows a manufacturing defect, you may request, without payment, the repair or the replacement of the product, within 14 days of the date on which you received the product.

The complaint declaration (the Withdrawal Form completed with the description of the defect) may be forwarded to ALMAZ in any form, however, sending it together with the complained product may hasten the complaint process.
