Orders and Shipping

  1. HOW DO I ORDER?



You can order using the user account you create on your site or directly without having a user account.

 

The steps you need to take to perform an order are:

Step 1 – Go to the SHOP page

Step 2 – Choose the product by clicking on or on the product image

Step 3 – Go to the product page and select the size

Step 4 – Press the “Add to Cart" button

Step 5 – Press the icon/icon in the shape of a shopping bag and view the shopping cart

Step 6 – If you have a voucher/discount code you will be able to fill in the field and by pressing the "Apply" button the shopping cart will be updated with the discount offered.

Step 7 –Press the “Complete your shopping" button

Step 8 – If you are not signed in your user account, then 3 forms will appear:

Form 1 – For existing client: the form with username and password

Form 2 – For a new customer: your option to create an user account

Form 3 – If you do not want the data to be stored, you can connect as a visitor

By completing the check-out process and placing an order by clicking on the "Place order" button on the checkout page, you give your consent to buy the products placed in the shopping cart.

Step 9 – After completing one of the 3 forms you will go to the "Complete Order" page where you will fill in the necessary and select information of the payment method.

Step 10 – After choosing your preferred payment method, you will receive an order confirmation email.

 

  1. ORDER MONITORING

After placing an order, you will receive an email that contains all the details of your purchase. We may also stay in touch if we need additional information to verify your payment.

Once your order is confirmed, ALMAZ will ship to the courier to deliver your purchases.

We will keep you informed of tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also track the evolution of your order from your ALMAZ account on "My Orders".

Although we aim to always deliver within the specified deadlines, we are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or unsuccessful payment approval.

  

  1. TAILOR MADE PRODUCTS

For customized products orders, we kindly ask you to contact ALMAZ team for all necessary information.

Tailor made products may not be returned unless they are non-compliant.



  1. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

ALMAZ delivers the products only after the collection of the full price (order confirmation).

Orders will be delivered anywhere in Romania (through the courier service employed by ALMAZ) and outside Romania, where it will be delivered according to the availability of the ups partner's delivery service

The goods are shipped in the order in which the orders were received, until the stock is exhausted. In case of a large number of orders, or if by mistake, the stock has been exhausted but the information has not been uploaded on the website and we cannot deliver the goods, we will immediately inform you and refund you in full the amount paid, using the payment method used by you.

The estimated delivery time is calculated from the order confirmation.



Do you want to be one step ahead of everyone?

With ALMAZ you can also order products from our future collections - through PRE-ORDER system. In this case, we shall indicate on the site the date of the collection launch and your order will be delivered by the release date that is specified on the site.

PRE-ORDERS cannot be cancelled. After receiving the product, if you wish , you can use the return right according to our return policy



Delivery time - in ROMANIA

Delivery is made through the Fan Courier provider and the delivery time is 1-3 days after the order confirmation.

During public holidays, Black Friday event, as well as throughout other company campaigns, processing an order as well as delivering it can depend on the courier's load.



Delivery time – outside Romania's borders

Delivery is made only by UPS courier.

Delivery of UPS STANDARD: delivery time in 5-8 business days;

Delivery of UPS EXPRESS SAVER: Worldwide (except Romania): delivery in 2-4 business days.

Please note that our shipping times should only be used as a reference and are based on the time of dispatch. ALMAZ cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or unsuccessful payment approval, although we will try to minimize any delays.

 

  1. CUSTOMS DUTIES

Customs duties may apply to products delivered outside the borders of the European Union. Customs duties are not included in the price and are not subject to ALMAZ obligation. In order to be able to pick up/receive the package you may be required to pay the customs duties calculated under the applicable legislation in the country of destination.

As the recipient of the order, instead, you must pay these taxes and taxes to free the order from customs. As we cannot inform you of the exact amount, we recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority before making an order.

ALMAZ does not collect sales or use tax in all states. ALMAZ does not collect use tax for international purchases. For states imposing sales or use tax, your purchase may be subject to use tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. Many states require customers to file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all taxable purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. For more details, please contact your respective taxing authorities.

Please note that if you return an item, the taxes and import duties will be refunded to you if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office.
